WOSG, LLC is a mortgage recruiting company owned and run by me, Beth Rosenbaum. I started this company in 2013 and have grown it slowly but consistently since that time, primarily through word of mouth and referrals. I have had clients for years and years, and I think if you asked them why they work with me, they would say it's because of my integrity, my transparency, and the pride I take in doing a good job. I love placing folks in roles that will help better their lives; and I love helping companies find the talent that will truly help them flourish. 

The roles I recruit for include: Loan Officers, Branch Managers, Loan Processors, Underwriters, Closers, Loan Officer Assistants, Post Closers, Marketers, IT Administrators, AI experts, and more.

Beth Rosenbaum

I am a native of the Washington, DC area, and still call it home. I have 2 daughters, a dog, a very close knit family, and a great group of friends. In my free time I enjoy watching sports (my daughter is a competitive basketball player), hanging out with friends and family, running, traveling, reading, movies, bingeing series, playing and listening to music, going to the beach, and visiting breweries.
